HomeSchooling
HomeSchooling:
The school districts already spend over
$8000 a year per student and students are still graduating without
reading. And somehow money is going to fix this problem?
Gullible citizens swallow the idea that teachers with higher salaries
are going to be better teachers. Well, if that’s true; give me more
money. Because a better paid Mom is bound to be a better Mom, right?
Wrong.
Money has NOTHING to do with adequate education.
How many homeschoolers do you know that spend even half that much on
education? You don’t; and the fact that they are so successful supports
the truth that money alone is not the determining factor of a good
education.
And this isn’t just my off-the-wall theories. The Home School Legal
Defense Association’s newly released research supports the effectiveness
of home school education.3
So, if money has nothing to do with it, what does? The answer is so
simple its so easy to overlook. The love and concern of parents!
You could send your child to the school with the lowest academic
standards; and if you are a loving, concerned parent, you’ll do one of
two things. Move your child out of that school or provide educational
supplements.
The quality of education is based solely on the watchfulness,
commitment, and love of parents.
Please be aware of what the public schools are doing around you;
requesting more funds, raising your taxes; and providing nothing in
return.
Spread your belief in the responsibilities of parents—hopefully you’ll
wake up a few parents from their slumber and save us all some money from
the educational “money pit.” |
